Challenge: no. 3: Reinventing Corporate Creativity
Problem: To use a creativity of own employees (people from outside). To create a microsite opening the possibility of idea communication from human brain to responsible decision makers into the company. All the ideas accessible to others, opportunity to cooperate on the idea. Make a proper tool for managing these ideas and drive them to real project administration. The idea needs processed business plan presented to Idea board. Elements: gamification, knowledge sharing, planning, tools for communities.
